Surry Hills
The brief for this project was for a contemporary yet lavish and comfortable urban oasis.
While avoiding the small-space temptation to be minimal, we delivered an inviting space that encompassed the controlled orchestration of colour and accessories with intense hues in the art and fabrics; deep based wall colours and terrazzo floors.
Every effort was made to consider every favourite piece owned by the client. The result was a combination of periods, colours, materials and styles giving the home a somewhat dateless appearance. By skillfully manipulating the architecture, the home is all about the inhabitants and how they use it, not divulging the date or perhaps even the country we are in.
